Swim Lessons

Learn skills that are geared to your personal needs with lesson times that work with your schedule for swimmers at any age.

Parent & Child—Ages 6 Months - 3 Years  

Accompanied by a parent/guardian, infants and toddlers learn to

be comfortable in the water and develop swim readiness skills through fun and confidence-building experiences, while parents learn how to be safe around water safety and the importance of supervision.

Pre-School Swim Lessons—Ages 3-6 Years 

Students learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competency, increase social-emotional and cognitive wellbeing, and foster a lifetime of physical activity.

Beginner Youth—Ages 6- 12 Years 

Accompanied by a swim instructor, students learn to be comfortable in the water and develop skills through fun and confidence-building experiences, while parents learn water safety and the importance of supervision.

Intermediate—Ages 6 - 12 Years 

Having mastered the fundamentals, students learn additional water safety skills and build stroke technique, developing skills that prevent chronic disease, increase social-emotional and cognitive wellbeing, and foster a lifetime of physical activity.

Advanced—Ages 7 - 12 Years

Having mastered the fundamentals, students learn additional water safety skills and build stroke technique, developing skills that prevent chronic disease, increase social-emotional and cognitive well-being, and foster a lifetime of physical activity.

For teens to adults who may be novice swimmers or want to improve their swimming ability.
